"The first time I met George was at the Oakland Roadster show in 1968. I was a little kid and George treated me like gold. I was lucky enough to have a 47 year friendship with George. I worked at Barris Kustoms, and I learned more from George about business than I ever did in 4 years of college. Next to my Father, George was my hero. The Batmobile and the Munsters Koach were my two favorites. Geroge was a genius. Knowing George and working at Barris Kustoms was a true honor. RIP my friend !"

"I'm still missing this talented and kind person. I can't believe it's been three years now. I'm reminded at least once a week, of George's smart showmanship qualities and automotive design creativity! "Here's to you, George!""
