Death of Cecilia Chiang

"Cecilia Chaing became part our lives early in my childhood. She was such a good friend to my family. Cecilia and my parents had a special relationship. I can remember her teasing my father is he cooked in our kitchen. She and my mother continued corresponding until a couple of years ago. I have fond memories from my childhood. One involves trying on her high heel shoes which fit my small feet. My family I was fortunate to be included in the opening at the Mandarin restaurant in Ghirardelli Square. I learned to love Chinese food eating her cooking as a child and in her restaurants. She will be missed. Our hearts go out to Philip qnd May and the rest of her family."
