"Loved him! Always got his humor, even as a child, although I am very conservative. He was a funny guy who was quick and smart and made me laugh a lot. Darla from Texas"

"George has been a tremendous influence in my life since I was a little kid. Even though when I was that young some of his material was over my head, I really latched on to the emotion and purpose that he showed everytime he was in front of a camera, or pen or from what I understand, how he was just in his everyday life! I have taken so much away from what he did for us that I cannot possible do it justice to try and explain what all that entails. The man was not afraid of much of anything. He was a pioneer, a voice of the common people and a legend. I have shed my tears for the man and his family this morning and will always look at life through Carlin colored glasses! Thank you so much Mr. Carlin for letting us join you as you once said, "for a little while." You will be missed more than you will ever know. My children who haven't been created yet will also be raised in a house of George!
P.S. Please let me know some how if plasic really is the reason that God-the being put us here. And if its not too much trouble also let me know if up in heaven it is truly possible to be both fine and dandy at the same time and if one is asked how they are while in this state!"
