I met Doug when he played at our families country night club. He was a super nice guy. We had a lot of artists play and my mom said he was her favorite because of his personality.

How deeply saddened as I just found out about this in our local newspaper. My ex partner and I, we are both gay and won a dance contest at a local country and western gay dance club and this was the song we won it to. Doug was such a talented singer. Rest in peace buddy. You will be sorely missed.

The news of Doug passing breaks my heart. I used to do security for him at Fan Fair when he was starting out. He was very down to Earth and very nice to us. My deepest condolences to his precious family. He was a true star.

We were close friends when Doug lived in Bear Creek . Doug took my son on the road with him and his son Richard. I met Doug when he was sitting in his gradage playing an old piano. He told me he was going to be a star. My wife and l went to many of his shows at Moes. Rest In Peace l will never forget you.

I loved listening to Doug Supernaw's music. "I Dont Call Him Daddy" One ofmy favorite songs. Hes been called home.
