Mr. Graves was a man of enormous dignity, intelligence and stature. He demanded the best from his employees--which was no less than that which he demanded from himself. He had the very highest standards and absolutely refused to accept anything that was in any way inferior or sub-standard. He was a colossus of a man in his accomplishments. He made people believe in their own abilities to be successful--even when they faced obstacles and impediments. His legacy of success as an entrepreneur, quiet, behind-the-scenes social activism
and dedication to family lives on.
