TOP NOTCH COMEDIAN...Reynaldo was the best because he never held back, that why he captivated audiences so easy. I'm going to miss not seeing you on TV and in movies RED, but you will always be in my heart and in my memories as the best entertainer ever. MANY MANY BLESSINGS to FAMILY & FRIENDS

I had the pleasure of hearing comedian Reynaldo Rey, over twenty-five times in the 1970's and 1980's, at the Parisian Room jazz club in L.A. I'll never forget his great comedy routines. RIP Mr. Rey. I'll always remember to never let a fifty cents light bulb mess up my hundred dollar high.

Reynoldo was a dear friend and mentor of mine. I had the honor of working with him. We shared lots of wonderful Club Venue performances together in California and Nevada. The last place I performed with him was at his Family Reunion in Cleveland Ohio. His son and family were just as wonderful and generous in heart as he was. He and his wife have always shown me love and support. He was family to me and will always be like a brother and I will never forget him. I will always remember his great heart and spirit and vast talents. I am so thankful for meeting one of the greats and I will honor his life as a fellow artist. R.I.P. my big brother. Karla Starr.

Reynaldo was a personal friend of mine. We shared a lot of good times. But most of all, Ill always be grateful for his hosting "The First Annual Page Four Reunion" on Sept. 26th, 2004. It was a great event and a very memorable occasion. For hosting, I honored him with a luncheon at Crustacean's in Beverly Hills that I'll never forget. I presented him with a plaque, a self portrait and a photo album of the memories. He was extremely appreciative and I'll cherish that afternoon forever. RIP my good friend. 10-4

May God Bless and keep the Rey Family during their time of sorrow. I remember the first time I seen Mr. Reynaldo on television. He told the joke about the 80 year old woman walking down the street holding her hat. I told that joke when I was in the 8th grade (1988) and from time to time I revive it. I still get a kick out of that joke. Rest in Paradise Mr. Rey
