Mr. King you were a inspiration to all with your music. You played Lucille and showed us all how to keep going, even when you have a illness that restricts people sometimes! You never showed anything but happiness and peace! God be with you BB. You gave us all joy! Rest in peace!

I had the chance to meet Mr. B. B. King in Jackson, Ms. at a Cosmetology Conference with about 300 women and he was so polite and went against the guards and walk with me to the conference room and took a picture with the group. He had such a Humble spirit. He will always be remembered. The King of Blues, Carol Longino, Mississippi

Farewell and rest in peace, Riley (BB) King, King of the Blues. You provided me with my introduction to the Blues 48 years ago, when I first heard Live at the Regal. I was astounded and delighted and never stopped being a fan. You touched the souls of millions with your guitar and your voice. I was privileged to see you live several unforgettable times. My heart goes out to your loved ones.

You played it straight from your soul BB, your heart guiding your hands making that guitar bleed your feelings. You are my hero and that will never change, the same soul now will live on in Heaven forever, your music with us. I can't imagine a world without you in it but every time I listen and hear your songs, I'll see your facial expressions and I will smile. Thank You from the bottom of my heart for all the blues and music, you made life bearable. There will never be another one like you and we will miss you immensely. With Love, from a life long fan. Peace & Love in the arms of Jesus. Let it roll, let it roll...all night long.

Music lights our souls, nourishes our spirits, and enables us to feel things...thank you for the decades of music. I was in NYC this past weekend and walked by your restaurant and thought about the time I saw you perform at your restaurant at the Universal City Walk in Los Angeles. Know there are millions of people like me who think of you daily, and will continue to long after today. Your footprint here on earth will be with us as long as we are here! Cheers, BB.
